Always the Maintenance-Guy
As owner of UCF Machine Shop, my interest in automobiles and all things mechanical began when I was very young.
Growing up with six sisters, I became the "at-home-maintenance-guy".
Beginnings
In 1979, I purchased an existing auto/truck repair business that I was managing. After 8 years in business, I had the opportunity to purchase UCF Machine Shop, which was a great opportunity

After 22 years in in the machine shop business, UCF Machine Shop still prides itself in delivering a quality product to our customers at a fair price. Our attention to detail, researching specifications necessary, and prompt service is well known. Over the years, UCF Machine Shop has evolved, with the proper knowledge and machinery necessary to provide the top quality workmanship our industry requires and expects.
Diesels,
restorations, and more
Our facility continues to expand, both in talent and areas of expertise. Not only do we work on gas-powered engines, we've expanded into diesel, commercial, and agriculture engines. Our shop now carries an extensive collection of specialty tools and custom torque plates that assure the finest tolerances during the rebuild process on today's diesel motors.
We handle performance builds for 4,6,8, even 12 cylinder engines. My staff and I treat your engine like it was our own.
